Case Study: Post-Surgical Knee Pain; Sound and Meditation
PAIN AND STRESS RELIEF
Client was experiencing chronic aches and post-operative knee pain, headaches, and fatigue. She struggled with how to create mindfulness in her life. Three sessions started bringing noticeable relief and results: improved sleep, increased circulation and release of built up, trapped emotions.
Objectives
In this case study we aimed to reduce client’s stress level, bring the body to a more neutral state and begin complete healing, finish repairing itself naturally after total knee replacement still causing pain over four years later.
Challenges
54 year old female, overweight, on feet all day long. Overworked, does not have much time for self-care. Experiencing chronic aches and shooting pains in the knee that had total knee replacement. High blood pressure, headaches, fatigue, lower back pain. Stated she is unsure how to be mindful.
Solutions
Clinical sound healing over the phone was easy to use from the comfort of home, noninvasive, able to be tailored to client’s specific need. Easy and convenient to set up. Results with the first session. Powerful results. The private sessions are even more tailored and group sessions even more effective.
Our benefits
Heartrate Decreased
Generally client’s heartrate decreased by approximately five beats per minute on average. Less stress and strain on the heart.
Better Sleep
Client increased length and quality of sleep time, substantially decreasing awake minutes and minimizing or eliminating sleep disruptions.
Increased Circulation, Released Trapped Physical/Emotional Trauma
Old trapped emotions were released safely and gently while circulation to the surgical area returned. Healing sensations occurred during session, increased awareness, and sensitivity of the body in positive ways.

“According to my Fitbit, even just the first night, I slept for 7 hours 49 minutes and did not move once. I haven’t slept like that (solid uninterrupted) for quite some time.”
